Quality Management

Quality Assurance

Quality starts with clear requirements and continues through supplier selection, process control, inspection, documentation and traceable approvals.

Recognized Standards

Three reference points for manufacturing quality.

We work with manufacturer-specific quality documentation and standards relevant to your project. Any certification claim must match the actual production site, scope and validity period.

01

ISO 9001

Quality Management Systems

A globally used framework for consistent organizational processes, customer focus and continual improvement. We verify a chosen partner's certificate where certification is a project requirement.

02

IATF 16949

Automotive Quality Management

Relevant to automotive supply programs and customer-specific requirements. Certificate and manufacturing-site validity must be checked for each nominated partner.

03

IPC/WHMA-A-620

Cable & Wire Harness Acceptance

Workmanship and acceptance criteria for cable and wire harness assemblies. It is a technical standard, not automatically a factory's ISO-style management certification.

Partner certification verification

ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 certificates belong to the individual manufacturing company and site. Before presenting a named factory as certified, we check its current certificate, certification body, scope and expiry. IPC/WHMA-A-620 acceptance class and workmanship requirements are agreed for the relevant project. VORION Components does not claim to hold these factory certifications itself.
